Ayano Ninomiya Studio Project: Schumann Dichterliebe
As a studio, we were each assigned a song from Schumann's Dichterliebe Song Cycle based on the text by Heinrich Heine. We referenced the original German text and vocal recordings to try to emulate the same articulation and qualities as a singer would while also capturing the characters represented in the poems.
